ShaliTex® Sealing Compound is bitumen based hot applied sealing compound for waterproofing concrete joints and has the ability to withstand extension without cracking. It has low susceptibility to flow during hot weather conditions. It is durable and plastic and at the same time offer resistance to ingress of solid foreign matter. ShaliTex® Sealing Compound is suitable for use in concrete constructions other than those which are subjected to spillage of kerosene or other petroleum oils.
ShaliJet® Coal Tar Sealing Compound is thermoplastic material. It flows in hot condition and settles to a plasto-elastic mass when cold. Being fuel/heat resistant, ShaliJet® Sealing Compound is usedas sealant in construction of runways. It conforms to IS:1834 Grade B.
ShaliPatch® is a ready to use material for repairing pot-holes in flexible roads. It can be used in ambient temperature in the range of 0 to 50°C. It is a modified all-weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals, anti-stripping agents, graded aggregates and additives.
ShaliPatch® EC 20 (formerly known as ShaliPatch EC) is a three-component, cold applied, polymerized elastomeric concrete with excellent adhesion to substrate for • crack filling ranging between 5 - 50 mm wide in concrete / flexible roads, and • surface correction in concrete road / pavement. ShaliPatch® EC 20 is self-leveling, easily trowel-able into cracks and spall. It prevents percolation of water and other chemicals thus protecting it from wearing off.
ShaliMastic® RS TC is a three component UV resistant coal tar concentrate pavement surface crack repair-cum-sealer. It is fuel / weather resistant and prevents ingress of water. It complies with the standard ASTM D5727, Federal specification R-P-355e and ASTM D490.ShaliMastic RS TC is formulated specifically to protect new and sound roads, whereas it can be blended with graded filler and polymer to make the road wear resistant and smooth appearance.
ShaliSeal® RS TC is Polymer Modified Waterproof UV Resistant Sealer Coat for Roads - both flexible and concrete, which prevents ingress of water and thereby enhances life of the road. A coat of ShaliSeal® RS TC every three years ensures pot hole free road, eliminates need of relaying, and adds to joy of driving. Also, material saved from avoidable relaying could be used to lay new roads which will facilitate faster connectivity. ShaliSeal® RS TC is economical, user friendly and causes least inconvenience to road users. Ideally, apply ShaliSeal® RS TC after 30 days of laying of the new surface and can also be applied on old roads. It can fill cracks up to 1 mm.
