Asian Paints Smart Care Polysulphide Sealant are two components, chemical resistance elastomeric and joint sealant. Polysulphide Sealant is specifically designed to be used as a watertight seal for moderate movement and control joints. It is based on polysulphide polymer. After curing it form a tough, flexible and nonstaining rubber like seal. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, metal and resistant to many chemicals, shrinkage, aging, Thermal stress and the effects of outdoor exposure. Polysulphide Sealant are of two types, GUN GRADE and POURING GRADE is suitable for use in both vertical and horizontal applications. The sealant has a movement accommodation factor (MFA) of ±25%.
IWL Liquiseal PS PG (Pouring Grade) is two part polysulphide sealant. After mixing the base components and curing agent in given proportion, a rubber like material in pourable consistency is formed. It adheres to cementitious substrates, aluminium, glass, wood, mild steel and other construction surfaces.
ShaliSeal® PS PG is two components, polysulphide polymer based, UV resistant, flexible tear resistant, rubbery, self-leveling, pourable, non-staining sealant, which adheres to most of building materials like cementitious substrates, aluminum, glass, wood, mild steel, etc.
ShaliSeal® PU is a single component, Moisture cured Polyurethane elastomeric sealant. ShaliSeal® PU resists crack arising out of movements of joint materials.
ShaliTex® Sealing Compound is bitumen based hot applied sealing compound for waterproofing concrete joints and has the ability to withstand extension without cracking. It has low susceptibility to flow during hot weather conditions. It is durable and plastic and at the same time offer resistance to ingress of solid foreign matter. ShaliTex® Sealing Compound is suitable for use in concrete constructions other than those which are subjected to spillage of kerosene or other petroleum oils.
ShaliSeal® BT SB is a single-component, cold-applied, rubberized solvent based bituminous Sealing compound to be used in flexible roads, bridges and construction joints.
ShaliJet® Sealing Compound is thermoplastic material. It flows in hot condition and settles to a plasto-elastic mass when cold. Being fuel / heat resistant, ShaliJet® Sealing Compound is usedas sealant in construction of runways. It conforms to IS:1834 Grade B.
